I just purchased my first product from GraysOnline, a super cheap Doro triple handset digital cordless phone, with answer machine, for just $49.95 with free delivery. I'm not usually so impulsive when it comes to online shopping -- well, maybe with iTunes downloads -- but this deal just looked too good to miss!

I've never been very interested in placing bids with online auction sites like GraysOnline, so I was happy to see the new 'Buy Now' option appear late last year. The entire GraysOnline website was redesigned actually, and along with the new 'Buy Now' button, they added a much needed search function, and greatly improved the navigation, and overall useability of the site.

My first purchase from GraysOnline was a breeze, product info and images were adequate -- although I had to check the spec on the Doro site to confirm the handsets had a headphone socket -- and all the important information was very clear and concise.

The drop-down shopping cart is a very nice feature, and the checkout was quick, easy and secure.

I've got my order confirmation email and tax invoice already, now I'm just waiting for delivery before I can rate my overall shopping experience of GraysOnline, but so far they get a big thumbs up from me.
