Hazards: Any consumers who have a sesame or tree nut allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed.
Defects: The recall is due to undeclared allergens (sesame and tree nuts). A production error has resulted in Hummus Dip being labelled as Spicy Capsicum Dip. Hummus contains sesame and may contain tree nuts which are not labelled on the Spicy Capsium Dip packaging.

Hazards: Failure of fuses may cause electrical wiring/insulation to over-heat and melt.
Defects: The Duramax fuses do not operate, when their rated capacity was exceeded, within required time frames as specified in the standard ISO 8820. They are not able to provide the intended protection to the electrical circuits of a vehicle.

Hazards: Failure for the engine to start may pose a hazard to road users.
Defects: Under some circumstances, improper current flow inside the brake lamp switch may occur. This may result in the brake lamp failing to correctly illuminate and the engine to fail to start.
What Should You Do?: Owners are advised to contact an authorised Suzuki dealer at their earliest convenience to arrange a suitable time to complete the necessary work.

Hazards: It is unlikely that healthy consumers using these incorrectly labelled products will experience serious ill-health as a result of taking these products. People who are allergic to the daisy family of plants (Asteraceae / Compositae), to which Echinacea belongs, may experience allergic symptoms taking mislabelled Triplex.
Defects: The labels on these batches have been unintentionally swapped during the manufacturing process. Bottles containing Greenridge Gastrocalm Liquid have been incorrectly labelled as Greenridge Triplex Liquid, and bottles containing Greenridge Triplex Liquid have been incorrectly labelled as Greenridge Gastrocalm Liquid.
What Should You Do?: Consumers should: 1. Discontinue use of batch 5972 of Greenridge Gastrocalm Liquid and batch 6797 of Greenridge Triplex Liquid. 2.Contact the customer service line of Integria Healthcare Australia Pty Ltd on 1300 654 336 to arrange to return the product and receive a replacement.

Hazards: Pocket Bike failure may cause serious injury or death.
Defects: The Pocket Bike does not comply with the requirements set out in Consumer Protection Notice No. 24 of 2011. There is a permanent ban on minature motorbikes with unsafe design features.
