Big W Entertainment Store Closes It’s Doors

As of tomorrow the Big W Entertainment website will be closed, but it’s not the end of Big W selling movies and computer games online.

Recently we received an email from Big W regarding the closure of the Big W Entertainment web site. It was a worry until it was realised that the web site was simply closing down in order to move the products over to Big W’s other web site – www.bigw.com.au

At the Big W web site, you can now see a new category called, Entertainment. You can find all the products from Big W Entertainment there now. I have to say when Big W launched the separate Big W Entertainment web site I wondered why. Big W have a huge brand name, so why would they split the company into two web sites. To me, it makes it easy to confuse online shoppers about who they are buying products from.

A little over two years has past, and the doors will now be closed. If you have an account with Big W Entertainment you had better hurry in and print off your order details if you need to. The operators of the web site will be deleting all the records they don’t require to keep from tomorrow, the 2nd of June! After this date you will need to contact Big W at www.bigw.com.au about any warranty claims. The good news is that your gift vouchers will still work but only from the existing Big W web site.
