Where to Pre-Order the Nintendo 3DS
With the expected release date of the Nintendo 3DS due in Australia tomorrow, we’ll show you where you can preorder the new gaming console to avoid the retail rush.
The Nintendo 3DS has set a bench mark in the gaming world again, with the worlds first 3D gaming console that doesn’t require special 3D glasses. There’s no doubt the extra 3D feature will be very welcome because we’ve all wanted to watch 3D without the need for glasses. When Sony introduced the Nintendo 3Ds that showed 3D images without glasses, we all turned our heads. Of course now we know that 3D imagery is possible without the glasses, manufacturers are racing to produce LCD TV screens with the same technology.
3D screens aside, Sony are due to release the new Nintendo 3DS in Australia tomorrow. The Nintendo includes an improved screen graphics quality, the ability to download software from the Internet some of which will be free, new input interfaces such as Slide Pad, Motion sensor, and Gyro sensor, and a stereo camera that can take 3D pictures. Another feature I don’t expect to survive long before it’s cracked by the kids, is Parental Controls.
At the moment, you can pre-order the Nintendo 3DS at Dstore for $349.95, and is available in Aqua Blue and Cosmos Black. You can also buy accessories for the Nintendo 3DS at another online discount store OO.
If you can, my advise is to purchase the device as a pre-order online. It means you wont need to wait outside retail stores at some silly hour of the morning, and you will still be in a cue for the device when new stock arrives.
