Instructions:

- Register the details and pay $25 (P&H) on the Sony website within 14 days of purchase.
- Send proof of purchase documentation within 14 days of registration. You'll need your BRAVIA LCD TV on hand to do this, and Sony will tell you exactly what to do when you register.
Remember, this offer is only available for the first 35,000 valid claims (original 25,000 plus additional 10,000 added on 11th November 2009) and before the 'number left to claim' home page counter drops to zero; and all proof of purchase documents must be received within 14 days of registration (and before 1 December for guaranteed PS3 delivery before Christmas).
