It's highly addictive reality TV and every time I watch it I just can't believe how these restaurateurs and chefs react. You'd think they'd worship the ground that Gordon walked on and thank him for the chance to save their business, however that's often not the case at all! Gordon's language is certainly shocking and confronting, but he's just doing what he does best, being brutally honest and attacking the problem head on.
